Why so many steps to book a phone appointment for my tax filing?

There are several steps before booking because I do not accept every prospect inquiring about their tax preparation.

I carefully review each inquiry to see whether the client is prepared, whether the information provided is complete, and whether the tax situation fits the type of work I handle.

This process protects my time, helps serious clients get better service, and avoids appointments that are not a good fit from the start.

Important Phone Appointment Policy

Phone appointments require your full attendance at the scheduled time. If you book and fail to answer, fail to call, or miss the appointment without notice, it will be treated as a no call, no show.

No call, no show appointments are not permitted. Our system may block future booking access if an appointment is missed without advance notice.

Please book only when you are ready to follow through with the appointment and the pre-appointment process. If you are not ready to book the appointment, you are welcome to goe through Steps #1-3, save this page & make the appointment at a later date.

Not every tax return is the same. Some cases are simple, while others involve added layers such as self employment, rental property, prior year issues, or other tax complications. I encourage you to review my experience first so you can make an informed decision before moving forward.

Before booking, review my tax preparation process so you understand how the service works, what is expected from you, and how the matter moves from intake to completion. This step helps you decide whether my process, communication style, and workflow are a good fit for your needs before scheduling an appointment

Next Steps to Book Your Appointment:

Complete the pre-appointment questions in full before booking. I review these answers in advance to understand your situation, assess whether your matter is a fit, and gauge the quality and completeness of the information provided. This step helps me prepare for the appointment and decide whether we should move forward. Incomplete, vague, or rushed answers may delay the process or result in the appointment being rescheduled

Step 4, Schedule Your Appointment

Available appointment times are limited. Do not book until you have completed Steps 1 through 3 in full.

After your appointment is confirmed, our calendar system will send you an email and text message with your confirmation and reminders. It is your responsibility to review those notices and be available at the scheduled time.

No Call, No Show Policy

If you book a phone appointment and fail to answer, fail to call, or miss the appointment without notice, it will be treated as a no call, no show. Our system may prevent future booking access after a missed appointment without advance notice.
